Tag der Embryonalentwicklung entsteht. In diesem Stadium k\u00f6nnen aus dem Trophoektoderm mehrere Zellen (in der Regel 5-8) zur genetischen Untersuchung entnommen werden. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfere Menge entnommenen Materials (im Vergleich zur Entnahme von Polk\u00f6rperchen oder Blastomeren) gew\u00e4hrleistet eine h\u00f6here Erfolgsrate der genetischen Untersuchung.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aus dem Trophoektoderm entsteht sp\u00e4ter w\u00e4hrend der Schwangerschaft die Plazenta, sodass die Biopsie keinen Eingriff in das Gewebe des zuk\u00fcnftigen F\u00f6tus darstellt.
