Diese Untersuchung wird immer auf Indikation eines klinischen Genetikers nach Bewertung der Familienanamnese durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n<h3>INDIKATIONEN F\u00dcR DIE UNTERSUCHUNG:<\/h3>\n\n<p>\u2022 Tr\u00e4gerschaft einer sogenannten balancierten Chromosomenumstrukturierung (in der Regel Translokation) bei einem oder beiden Partnern.<br>\n\u2022 Vorhandensein numerischer Ver\u00e4nderungen der Geschlechtschromosomen (Gonosomen), einschlie\u00dflich Mosaikformen, bei einem oder beiden Partnern.<\/p>\n\n<h3>UNTERSUCHUNGSMETHODEN:<\/h3>\n\n<p>Derzeit f\u00fchren wir PGT-SR mit der <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/genetika-plzen.nullable.group\/de\/vysetreni-reprodukcni-genetiky\/ngs-sekvenovani-nove-generace\/\">Methode der Next-Generation-Sequenzierung (NGS)<\/a><\/strong> oderoder der&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/genetika-plzen.nullable.group\/de\/vysetreni-reprodukcni-genetiky\/fish-fluorescencni-in-situ-hybridizace\/\">Methode der Fluoreszenz-in-situ-Hybridisierung (FISH) durch.<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>PGT-SR mit der Methode NGS erm\u00f6glicht die Untersuchung unbalancierter Formen famili\u00e4rer Chromosomenumstrukturierungen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Umfangs sowie das Screening quantitativer Ver\u00e4nderungen anderer Chromosomen (PGT-A).<\/p>\n\n<p>PGT-SR mit der Methode FISH wird nur f\u00fcr PGT-SR unbalancierter Formen famili\u00e4rer struktureller Umstrukturierungen kleinen Umfangs verwendet, bei denen die Methode NGS nicht angewendet werden kann.<\/p>\n\n<h3>UNTERSUCHTE GEWEBE:<\/h3>\n\n<p>Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig wird die Untersuchung <strong>an Zellen des Trophoektoderms<\/strong> durchgef\u00fchrt, die am 5.-6. Tag der Embryonalentwicklung entnommen werden, kann aber ausnahmsweise auch&nbsp;<strong>an Blastomeren&nbsp;<\/strong>oder&nbsp;<strong>Polk\u00f6rperchen durchgef\u00fchrt werden <\/strong>(detailliertere Informationen unter&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/genetika-plzen.nullable.group\/de\/vysetreni-reprodukcni-genetiky\/vysetrovane-tkane\/\">diesem Link<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n<h3>THERAPIEVERLAUF:<\/h3>\n\n<p>Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, eine Therapie mit pr\u00e4implantationsgenetischer Untersuchung zu absolvieren, wird ihr Verlauf \u00e4hnlich wie bei einer \u201e\u00fcblichen\u201c Therapie mit IVF-ICSI sein. Der einzige Unterschied besteht darin, dass am Embryo am 5.-6. Tag der Entwicklung eine Biopsie durchgef\u00fchrt wird \u2013 also die <a href=\"https:\/\/genetika-plzen.nullable.group\/de\/vysetreni-reprodukcni-genetiky\/vysetrovane-tkane\/\"><strong>Entnahme mehrerer Zellen des Trophoektoderms<\/strong><\/a>. Diese entnommene Probe wird dann im genetischen Labor getestet und die biopsierten Embryonen werden eingefroren.
