Indem wir die Teilung stoppen, erhalten wir eine Probe, die zur Ablesung des Karyotyps unter dem Mikroskop bereit ist. Jedes Chromosom wird auf charakteristische Weise in Form von hellen und dunklen Streifen (G-Streifen) gef\u00e4rbt.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Die Chromosomen werden unter einem Lichtmikroskop ausgewertet. Wir z\u00e4hlen die Chromosomen und beurteilen dann ihre Struktur. Einzelne Chromosomenpaare werden mit den Nummern 1-22 gekennzeichnet, Geschlechtschromosomen mit den Buchstaben X und Y. Wir verfolgen die Verteilung heller und dunkler Streifen, ihre Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Intensit\u00e4t der F\u00e4rbung. B. (in ein 5-ml-Reagenzglas tats\u00e4chlich 5 ml Blut abnehmen), minimale Blutmenge 2 ml (in ein 2-ml-Reagenzglas).<\/li>\n<li>Das R\u00f6hrchen nach der Entnahme vorsichtig durchmischen (das Blut mit dem Antikoagulans mischen), damit sich keine Gerinnsel bilden, und mindestens eine halbe Stunde bei Raumtemperatur stehen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Anschlie\u00dfend bis zum Transport im K\u00fchlschrank bei einer Temperatur von 4-8 \u00b0C aufbewahren.<\/li>\n<li>In einer Thermotasche ohne K\u00fchlpads oder in einer Thermoskanne transportieren, starkes Sch\u00fctteln des Materials w\u00e4hrend des Transports vermeiden und das Einfrieren oder \u00dcberhitzen des Blutes vermeiden, um lebende Zellen zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<li>Innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach Blutabnahme zustellen.<\/li>\n\n<p>Eine Karyotyp-Untersuchung kann zum Beispiel die Ursache f\u00fcr wiederholte Spontanaborte aufdecken.<\/p>\n\n<p>Unser Labor ist nach der Norm \u010cSN EN ISO 15189
