Jeho c\u00edlem je zjistit, zda plodu nehroz\u00ed genetick\u00e9 vady, kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou vznikaj\u00ed n\u00e1hodn\u011b (nap\u0159. Velkou v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee k n\u011bmu sta\u010d\u00ed jen <b>b\u011b\u017en\u00fd odb\u011br krve z pa\u017ee<\/b>, tak\u017ee nijak neohro\u017euje plod.<\/p><p><b>Co test zji\u0161\u0165uje?<\/b><\/p><ul><li><p><b>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vady:<\/b> Odhaluje riziko Downova, Edwardsova a Patauova syndromu (vady, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed ment\u00e1ln\u00ed posti\u017een\u00ed a t\u011blesn\u00e9 vady).<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Pohlav\u00ed miminka:<\/b> Pokud si to budete p\u0159\u00e1t, test ur\u010d\u00ed pohlav\u00ed (informaci v\u00e1m ale sm\u00edme sd\u011blit a\u017e po ukon\u010den\u00e9m 12. t\u00fddnu).<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Vysok\u00e1 p\u0159esnost:<\/b> \u00dasp\u011b\u0161nost z\u00e1chytu vad je u tohoto testu a\u017e <b>99 %<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhody a rizika<\/b><\/p><ul><li><p><b>Bez rizika potratu:<\/b> Test je pro miminko naprosto bezpe\u010dn\u00fd.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Rychlost:<\/b> V\u00fdsledky jsou k dispozici do <b>2 t\u00fddn\u016f<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Rizika:<\/b> Jedin\u00fdm rizikem je b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 mod\u0159ina po odb\u011bru krve.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>V\u00fdhody:<\/b> Lze prov\u00e9st i po ot\u011bhotn\u011bn\u00ed po IVF a tak\u00e9 u dvoj\u010dat.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 upozorn\u011bn\u00ed:<\/b> NIPT je st\u00e1le br\u00e1n jako \u201escreening\u201c. Pokud by vy\u0161el pozitivn\u011b, je v\u017edy nutn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledek potvrdit odb\u011brem plodov\u00e9 vody.<\/p><p><b>Kdy test nelze prov\u00e9st?<\/b><\/p><p>Test m\u00e1 sv\u00e1 omezen\u00ed. Nelze ho ud\u011blat nap\u0159\u00edklad v t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech:<\/p><ul><li><p>P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 brzy (p\u0159ed 9. t\u00fddnem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed).<\/p><\/li><li><p>P\u0159i vysok\u00e9m BMI (nad 35).<\/p><\/li><li><p>Po transplantaci kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b nebo m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po transfuzi krve.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Cena a platba<\/b><\/p><ul><li><p><b>Cena: 12 500 K\u010d<\/b> (test nen\u00ed hrazen poji\u0161\u0165ovnou).<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Z\u00e1ruka:<\/b> Pokud by se test nepoda\u0159ilo z krve vyhodnotit ani na druh\u00fd pokus, pen\u00edze v\u00e1m vr\u00e1t\u00edme. org\u00e1ny, aby vylou\u010dil vrozen\u00e9 vady.<\/p><\/li><li><p><b>Co dal\u0161\u00edho se zji\u0161\u0165uje:<\/b> Kontroluje se r\u016fst miminka (odhad hmotnosti), mno\u017estv\u00ed
