In case of an unclear ultrasound finding, poor visibility or suspicion of a congenital defect we perform additional ultrasound examination to confirm or exclude the finding. The pregnant woman is then interviewed by a clinical geneticist, if needed, who determines the genetic risk for the foetus. 

The examination is performed by a physician experienced in ultrasound examinations.
